wat da hell...?

Oh dear Lord, how long have I not update this blog XDD.

First of all, I would like to thank my friends in college for giving me one of the most memorable birthdays in my life... At midnight, one of my housemates asked me to go out with her to get some water from the dispenser, but I asked, "Ada apa-apa ke??" Coz I was shit scared that they'd throw flour and/or eggs at me. She said no, so I poked my head out of my room first to see what the others are doing, and they were eating some laksa or something. The coast was clear, so I followed her. Then, when we went back into the house, it was dark inside and I saw a few lit candles on a cake, with my housemates singing Happy Birthday song... I seriously wanted to cry, but I like I said, air mata I jual mahal... At that time as well, my class rep wished me as well through sms. Such a sweet guy X3. And not forgetting my classmate Faezah as well.

Then, the next day, my classmates and I were doing our thing before class as usual. All of the sudden, the whole class started to sing Happy Birthday. It was...quite embarrassing, but I was really happy.

Although I didn't get any presents from them, at least they remember my birthday, and they wished me with sincerity...unlike someone --__--||

Talking about him... my feelings for him have decrease. Why? Don't know...maybe it's because of his insensitiveness towards a lady friend that ticks me off.. What I do know is that I still care for him as friend, and sometimes i see him as brother... But lately, we don't send sms-es to each other like we used to. Probably because both of us are always packed with schedules. I'm cool with that of course.

Haha..I feel so stupid back then when I started to get to know him. I thought, "Oh wow, we're already so close in one day. We might become best friends or something." Ya rite... Reality check, I'm not good in talking with guys, and he's always busy yada yada yada. Plus, I never have a best friend..so what makes me think that I can be best friends with an opposite gender, when I never have a best friend with the same gender??? So to hell of daydreaming about our friendships...I got better friends, I got family that rocks my world, and nothing can change that.

What made me decide on the title of this post...is that I have a really weird dream, but I'll only write the conclusion of that dream... His gf told me to stay away from him. Hm...is that a sign? Probably. Heck, I'm not that close with him anymore. So why the bloody hell would I want to stay away from him when I'm already away from him in the first place?

All of this somehow made me realize why I meet this guy who likes me (LIES), but already has a gf, and why I never have a bf in my entire life... I kept asking Him to give me protection after most of my prayers. That made me question - is this the protection that He has given me? If it is, then I'm grateful that He is protecting me from this unknown world called 'couple'. No matter how much my heart screams to have a partner, I just hope He would protect me from this until I've finish my studies, or when the time comes for me to get a husband. This is for my own good. I repeat, THIS IS FOR MY OWN GOOD!!

Oh, I almost forgot. Thanx again to my family who celebrates my birthday last night. We went to
Jake's near...Bangsar or Damansara? Haha, I'm bad at geography :P Ooh! And I got a journal from my sis. And it's neat~~ XD Thanx again to my old friends. I miss you guys TT_TT

First week of my college life (after MMS)

Jeez...now I know how it feels like how frustrating it is on the first week. There were barely any lecturers present! The only classes that are present with the assigned lecturers are Calculus I, Economics and Computer Programming... We don't know our BEL (English) lecturer, ustaz(ah), etc. etc. The first week, especially the FIRST DAY, was practically a waste of time. Hell, I think the whole class are screaming "GIVE US FREAKING ASSIGNMENTS!!!"

At least the lecturers that we've known so far are cool. I was quite surprised though that there are also non-Malay lecturers in UiTM. Our Economics lecturer is Mr. Gan (you can guess which race he's from). What's more surprising is that he's worked in UiTM for 34 years!! Guess that shows that UiTM ain't racist after all. But he's really nice and always make great examples out of the topics we learned (like if a roti canai costs RM0.50, how much would you eat in a month?).

So far our only assignment is Calculus, but it was so little that I finished it right away when I got into the bus, right after class! So yeah, I'm hell bored here. GIVE ME FREAKING ASSIGNMENTS!!!

Oh, and we had Co-Curriculum speech last Saturday and... May I say it again? How SAD our campus life is? They have like 108 co-curriculur activities, but they can only provide us, Kolej Alamanda students, only ONE activity: Perbahasan Awam...aka Public Speaking in MALAY. @_@ I was going to enter English Debate or something since Ezhan advised me so, but they only have that MALAY PUBLIC SPEAKING!!! Ugh...well, it's just Co-Curriculum, so might as well stick to it if I want to get my diploma...

That's the story of my first week people.

*clap clap* Alamanda *clap clap* Alamanda *clap clap* AlaMANda~~~ XD

This might sounds crazy from a girl who has never - i repeat - NEVER lived in a hostel before....

I LOVE COLLEGE LIFE!! 8D I don't know why, but...but...i just enjoy it! I have great roommates, the place is nice (it's an apartment converted to college actually) and - well - good exercising (especially when the freaking lift is almost overloaded by those oh-so-smart asses!! Nanti kene stuck padan muka...). And - yeah, well, the guys are kinda good-looking ^_^|| (hey, I'm a girl. 'Nuff said) And ZOH MY FREAKING DARLING GOD, one of the seniors is - is - *sigh* (started to daydream)

...Er..anyway, when I checked online at uitm website on the day before the registration day, they changed the venue of registration from the main campus to Kolej Alamanda in KL...yes, KL, at Jalan Klang Lama. Imagine a campus life with no field to play soccer, no court to play badminton etc. etc...only to see traffic jams on the road and clothes hung by students being flown away...yes, a sad campus life indeed. So here's a brief pic of the college (courtesy of vandyke from panoramio.com).

If you notice, the college has two blocks. Block B is entirely dominated by girls, whereas Block A has girls on the upper floors and boys on the lower floors (yes, I'm in Block A, and I'm SHIT scared, damnit!!)

BUT, many staffs, even the PM (aka Penolong Mahasiswa, the seniors) said that the colleges is the most luxurious one out of all other colleges in Malaysia, and I can't agree more. I bet u guys will start cursing me or something but...JENG JENG JENG~~~ Each room has its own bathroom!! XD Oh, oh, and instead of having a dorm or wing, we have a house...u know, the normal apartment house and all. And each house has three rooms - Room A is for 6 people, Room B for 4, and Room C for 2. And in the 'living room', we have our study tables! That's also where we would iron our clothes, plus a 'powder room'. So yeah, it's quite luxurious for a government college if you ask me..

In this college students are from three faculties - Faculty of Health Science, Faculty of Business of Management (Business Studies & Banking), and Faculty of Computer Sciences and Mathematics (Actuarial Science). I'll let you guess which faculty has the most students....

For BM students (Business), their classes are in the same building (both Blocks are connected from the basements to Level 3), so they're stuck in that building for the rest of their campus life (just kidding). For HS (Health Science), they go to the Jalan Othman campus, where the labs are. And for us, CS (u guess it), we got Beringin campus or something...

The HS students were supposed to be the only students staying in Kolej Alamand
a, but since there were so many people wanting the BM and CS courses, the management had no choice but to stuff us into the college as well. We're the first batch of our faculties to be there, so yeah...we don't really have guidance. Even our seniors who'd be staying with us were also blank about the surroundings. Anyways, us HS and CS students have to take our respective buses to our respective buildings, and the bus will wait for us about 6+ in the morning....even though our lecture starts 8.30am the earliest ==__==||.

PHOTOS TIME!! These are my roommates~~

Sha
(She usually doesn't wear tudung, but she just looks cute in this pic! X3 Oh, and she's also the craziest one, which just lifts up the atmosphere in the room XD)

Syakira
(She's a really great friend and...probably the most alim one in the room(?). 2nd craziest XD)

I don't have the picture of my other roommate, so I'll upload it here some other time ^_^ All of my roommates are really cool (and crazy, which just makes it even better since I'm quiet :P), and we're surprisingly quite co-operative.

And NEXT is our most loveable and sporting PMs:

...Meh, not so clear, but everyone was gathering at the front to take pics of them. So I had no choice but to depend on my height....

Abg Shafie
(The cute PM!! Even though he didn't win the Cutest PM Award :P)

Izzah (our new friend) with
Abg Thoha (he's not a PM actually, but he's the Vice YDP of the Student Council, so it's really an honor to have him with us
^_^)

I actually took a picture with Abg Thoha, but I looked really ugly --_--|| Oh, and I only have a solo pic of Abg Shafie. I'll bluetooth more pics from my friend's handphone.

Dang, both him and Abg Shafie were like celebrities that night! Most of the girls want to take pictures with them - even asking their numbers! (ok well, I'm one of them, but I only asked for his email!) Thank God there were only few of us remaining (the majorities went back home).

There'll be about 2 of them staying with us as well, but the majority are all from the main campus :( I'm gonna miss them. Hopefully we could meet again (but I don't know what to say to them other than 'Assalamualaikum, Kak/Abg'). Thank you for the sweet memories you guys have given me. I really appreciate all of your hard work...

So, that concludes my 51st entry... DANG, I've gone over 50 already?!?! O_O Woohoo!! Uh, ya, anyway, hopefully I can update my blog often so that I won't forget what I'm going through. Peace out!!
