events~

I wanted to publish a new post last week, but i kept delaying it because i have weird illnesses... Gastric, low blood, n there's one little lump at the back of my neck (which probably explains y i keep getting headaches..). Anyways, let's just continue with wat i'm gonna write last week!!

25th August...It's not my birthday, but it's definitely the date that I'll make sure to remember for the rest of my life! :D

I went to Kolej Alamanda to break fast with my college friends at one of the warungs (which is just outside of the college). I didn't think many would turn up - but there were. Shockingly O_o. But even with the long table outside, it was still packed. Even some of them had to be separated from us and eat inside.. I'm really sorry guys TT_TT.

The original plan was to break fast in Mid Valley this week, but none of them are free on other days except Friday. But on that day, I'm gonna have dinner with my family..which is for my birthday. They originally planned to make a farewell party on that day... TT.TT

Well, ok, at first I asked my mom about it whether we can change the dinner to an earlier date, and she said it was ok for her. But then my bro won't be free on Thursday. And I thought that it won't be fun if we leave him out of it, so I told them let's just continue with the plan.. After that, my friends and I were almost in a dilemma on how to decide the date. Then Emma told me that we should just break fast at one of the warungs..so we went with that instead. But I really wanted to go to Mid Valley with them...

Anyways, here are the presents that they gave me~

Blanket given by my 'sisters'~ thank u so so much girls! I'll definitely use this on cold days :D

Syimir gave me this~ hehe. He thinks this one's cute (but i think it's ugly XD). Still, it's sweet of him to give me this. Thanks~ (it's even sweeter with his perfume on it lol)

Farisha gave me some chocolates for me to eat on the plane. Hehe, very considerate of her~ Plus, Mu'i, Ja'ar and Azraii gave me duit raya. So cute~ X3 I love u people!! I almost cried..no, really. I did. Especially after I saw Atira's tears welling up in her eyes. I'm like, "Oh, s**t. Please don't cry!!" Then when I was about to get ready, Shiqin shouted to me, "Don't cry! Otherwise I'll cry too!!" Um...ok, nice advice? XD jk~

Seriously though, I mean... there will be at times when you feel like you don't belong here. But then at times like this, you'll wonder - what did I do to deserve all of this love?? I mean, I don't think I contributed much to them. I pulled out of JPK, I don't talk much, and I'm not smart n skilled enough to teach them the subjects that they don't know... So, yeah...it really makes u wonder... But I'm really, really glad to have great friends like them. Again, I love you guys very much!! <3 <3

And yes...I finally let go of my grudge. If I hadn't even glance at him I wouldn't even realize he had wave at me. Like, seriously dude. You have a voice...at least shout "Bye" or "Good luck" or something.. ==___==|| Well, I waved back anyways... When I think about it, it's somewhat stupid of me to get myself in this mess in the first place...

Hehe. But then something weird (but expected) happened on my birthday... Gastric AND low blood pressure ==__==||. Way to start my day... I guess that explains why I keep feeling light-headed + headache this whole time... Anyways, yeah. So the doctor said I couldn't fast n when we got home, my mom straight away toasted some bread n made milo for me (even though it was afternoon. but there was nothing for me to eat except the stuffs you would eat for breakfast..) She already suspected that I got low blood like a loooonnngg time ago - I just didn't want to accept that fact XD. NOW I can say I have low blood... *sigh* why is this happening to me..?

Well, illnesses aside.. We went to Tony Roma's for my birthday dinner~ And yes, my mom forced me to eat a lot on that night (which I did but...it turned out it's actually not good for low-blood people), so I was freaking full.. Thank God we went walking after that. Ezhan and Kakak gave me a trench coat as a present (which I always wanted since..I played a fashion game lol)...actually, more like Kakak recommended Ezhan to buy that one. But he didn't know what a trench coat was - thank God his fiancee was with him XD. He told me to wear it just in case it fits or not. When we got to the store - luckily my parents were experienced with winter clothing.. turns out the size he bought was a size smaller. So we exchanged with a bigger size n walla!

Hee~ thank u guys! :D

So ya, I guess that's about it... omo, last Saturday there was a breaking fast with the whole family at my house. It's not as hyped or loud as it used to be, but it was still fun - especially when we get to see the babies' stunts and all. Aww...cute little munchkins!! X3 But, to my horror...Mama called everyone to sing me n Eli happy birthday. Thank God most of the men and some women went for Terawih at that time... So yeah, move along! XD Oh, and I finally got on my piano for God knows why... Still, it was a great feeling again. Some of my cousins were impressed I could play some of the Playhouse Disney's songs, ie Dibo dibo ding, Little Einsteins n so on~ (yes. I watch Playhouse Disney with my niece n nephew. Got problem with that?!) But...meh. They're just simple melodies. If you're asking me to play a Chopin piece or Alicia Keys song, then I'll definitely flunk out XD.

For toda-ay~ I just got back from Kedah, just to see Mak Tok one last time before departing.. Hm...I wonder why my mind's still not registered that I'm gonna go to UK. lol For God's sake, woman! You're going to UK in another 2 weeks!!!

Over and out...

feeling low....

i've been down lately...why? don't know...it feels like something is missing...

Last saturday there was a bbq at Ain's house. usually if she does a function, there would be tents and she would invite almost anyone she knows including our former teachers. But this time, I was quite shocked to see how many guests there were. The majority were actually her friends who's studying in Egypt with her. Some took dentistry and others took medicine. Still, I'm a bit shocked as I REALLY don't know them. Thank God Madiha, Adawiyah n Inarah were there. I didn't eat much at first because i had dinner, but...now that i think about it, i think i did eat quite a lot lol. Just slow2 la..

Still, it was really great. I can finally see my school friends after not seeing them for almost a year. It's cute seeing Ain with braces XD. And Nazurah seriously has lost weight! Adawiyah, Inarah and Madiha didn't change (except that Madiha has gone crazier lol). *sigh* I miss the old times. The gossiping, the jokes, the laughing, the crazy stuffs we did back then, and the support we get from each other...i mean, we have been friends since Form 1 or 2. So it's only natural that we're still close... WAHHH!!!! Now i miss school! :'( (of course, I don't miss the homeworks :P)

This Saturday there's supposed to be a reunion (which is actually an alumni meeting) at school, so TK n Fatin will be going. Unfortunately, I won't, because I have to attend a module on that day. So much for timing...and TK is definitely disappointed that I won't come because..well, we tried meeting up together by going to Sunway, but every one of us were always busy. I guess it just wasn't meant to be...

So yeah, like i mentioned earlier, I'm feeling down lately... Part of it might be because I miss them...I just love how simple, laid-back n chilled we were back then. Now everyone is in different paths...The only time that we might even be together again would be after we graduated with a degree.. It's such a looonggg wayy....

Despite that, recently I read a book called 'Mr Good Enough' by Lori Gottlieb. It's about searching for a man who's not a perfect 10, or even a Prince Charming - because there's no such thing as perfect in this world. An 8 would be more than enough. So, in other words, this book is all about how to find a right guy without being too judgemental because - hey, no one's perfect. If you want a guy who looks a Brad Pitt, then don't expect him to have a decent personality. He's probably arrogant and/or selfish, because he might be in love with himself more. I find it very useful but, again, it got me down. Why? Get this....

I

don't

have

a

freaking

BOYFRIEND

yet...

...plus, I've never gone on a date. I would love to try the Western style of dating. You know, get to know each other first, go on a few dates (probably for months), and you won't even need to declare he's your boyfriend, because it will happen naturally. Plus, it's practically normal for a girl to ask a guy out first. In my generation in this country, however, they see things in other way. Okay, not all, but I can still see the stereotype here.. Okay, probably they would start off by getting to know each other first. But after a few weeks or probably just a few days, the guy would declare, or ask her to "couple". In other words, to be his girlfriend.

Just so you know, this kind of trend that I have to live in is really sad. Really, REALLY sad... Because not only the teens these days just ask out whether they want to 'couple' or not, without even going on a single date and not even knowing them well, it's also quite - how do you say this - ASHAMED for girls to ask the guys out, instead of the other way around. Why?? I don't know... It's just too cliched. I mean I thought of a few times whether I want to confess to my crush that I like him, but if this trend is really true then...bummer. Think about how he will think if I confessed my feelings and asked him out. He'd probably feel inferior as his manlihood is being 'challenged' by another gender. Like, honestly, I even heard of my friends said, "It's the guys who should ask/make the first move first."

*sigh* I guess that explains why I'm still single. I want to at least try to make the first move, but this kind of obstacle is really blocking the way. Okay, sure, I don't to ruin my friendship with him and make it seems awkward after i confess, but STILL! I don't wanna be like those single women who either married late or never get married at all even at their 40s. Heck, even my mom kept asking me, "Don't you have a boyfriend at college?" Again, bummer.....

So yeah, that's just my post. Sorry if it seems too messy and disoriented... I mean, I only write just for the sake of vending out my feelings. The modern life is so hard...seriously....

oh my masik~ masik masik~

lalala~~ u know, ur not the only one who's reading my blog darling. there are other people here as well. Heck, I'm not even asking you to listen to those songs. Who told you to concentrate on that? Hmmm????

So, back to my original business here.. You guys probably never heard of a girl group named Secret (or maybe you do but they don't really stick in your mind). Though I'm really impressed with their 2nd song, Magic. It's really catchy~

At first I thought they mispronounced 'Magic', probably bcoz of Korean slang.. Turns out that they purposedly make it sound like that lol. Magic + Music = Masic, get it?

Anyways, I've been watching almost all of their Magic performances that I can stumble upon, probably for the past few months :P. I just love watching the leader~ (the blonde one), she seems very energetic. She's probably the main dancer in the group as well.

So yup, I guess this'll be my..oh, it's midnight already XD. Ok, then let it my 1st post for today. Over and out~

AVATAR!! (and other stuffs) 8D

AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!! It's been such a LONG TIME since I FEEL LIKE THIS!! BEST GILER MOVIE AVATAR TU SIOT! Ok, maybe I'm a bit overreactive, but STILL!! The last time I feel like this was when Lord of the Rings was all the rage (still a loyal fan, tq X3). At first I didn't know the director was the same guy who directed Titanic. Great storyline, great effects, great...everything!! Although there are a few questions about the movie n all, but all in all, it satisfies this fantasy-fanatic mind *HUGE GRIN* (I'm sensing some 'idea-bunnies' in my head for my story. mehehehe~~)

PS: I still can't face him in person... I don't know, there's practically no reason anymore not to even greet him, but I just can't look him in the eye anymore. Oh well, like Abang said, "No matter how nice you are to everyone, they're still gonna talk behind your back." So, MY advice to myself, "Love Allah, family, TRUE frenz, and last but not least...YOURSELF!!" 8D So love yourselves, PEOPLE!! Coz ya ain't goin nowhere if ya don't love yourself.

Over and out...

New housemates, new classmates, new life..

..but that doesn't mean I stopped hanging out with my old housemates ;). So I like said in one of my previous posts, I was sheet-y scared of how my college life's going to be with all the change of roommates, change of class and all that. Turns out though, it ain't so bad as I thought (yes, i know. I should've think positive instead at that time ==__==).

Ehem, anyways...my housemates turn out to be crazy as well (it's a compliment dearies, plz don't take it too hard), but their craziness is different than my old housemates were, how should I say it...more girly? lol coz my old housemates were more brutal and tomboy-ish. Nonetheless, they still make me laugh - DAMN hard! LOL I especially enjoy being in the same house with my classmates - Azi, Ulfah, Hathira, Faezah and Juliana. Crazy things happened to us in the past 2 weeks (flooded bathroom, unattached toilet seat, etc etc), but it was also filled with laughter, especially when we talk about ourselves and the pasts. Hehe, I'm glad I'm in the same house as you guys. 8D

Like I said though, I never forget my old housemates. Although there was a bit conflict and misunderstanding between us, it was already solved yesterday. At first I thought Sha had change into a different person, and I was Goddamn scared for her - but it looks like she's still the same old sweet Sha I recognize. So glad to have you back gurl!! TT^TT Syakira and Syaza r still the same, though I could sense that their house was quieter than last sem...probably cuz every room has one emptied bed, literally. One moved to UiTM Puncak Alam, another plans to enter politeknik, and the last one is moi, but I sometimes fill up that bed from time to time, usually to accompany Syakira when the other two are out. And I guess the saying "The further apart you are, the closer your hearts are" (or something like that) really implies here. I think I've grown closer with my housemates compared to last sem..

Next, my classmates. At first, it was first class, totally, highly, uber AWKWARD!! SERIOUSLY!! We were in our own pack doing our own thing while waiting for the lecturer, and there was barely any communication at all among us!! But thankfully, the gap between us became smaller - slowly but surely - and we started talking to each other like pals. And..hm, I'm not even sure if I should call it 'admire' or 'crush', but someone did caught my attention. Ah well...only time will tell. I'm tired of keeping my hopes up, and I definitely don't want history to repeat itself.

Ahh, and another interesting topic... Last Thursday, most of the former CSD12D-ians went to rock climbing in Shah Alam, along with a few friends from other class. We already planned to go there since last week, so we were excited. However, I might wanna remind those who plan to rock climb - don't wear shoes aka go barefoot. I noticed my friends who did that have climbed up faster than those who wore shoes (and I'm among them, unfortunately --__--), and succeeded in reaching the top. Probably coz we'd have better gripping with our feet and we can even climb our way up even if our feet aren't on the rocks.

After that we had an early dinner in Burger King (which is just a few walks away from the rock climbing place) and celebrated my classmate, Nazmi's birthday. Each of us offered to buy him at least one item of food/beverage, but somehow one of us bought a set instead, so he had TWO sets of meals. To our shock, he succeeded on finishing them, but we chipped in a bit for his sake. lol

Lastly, this morning I went to my first co-curriculum class for this sem, and it was Public Speaking. No, not that Malay one.. The ENGLISH one!! Like FINALLY!! I've longed to enter that course ever since I entered college! I had to start over from scratch though - like, if I have continued the Malay one, I would've been a level higher, whereas for this one I have to start over in level one - but it was worth it. The lecturer is cool too. He graduated last year with a degree in law (I seriously salute him...) and he was in the Malaysian debate team, whom won third place in an international debate competition. (Again, I salute him..)

But, as usual, something happened that made the lecturer disappointed. There was supposed to be around twenty people in that class, but only six of us turned up (and only one guy turned up. you know who you are...). All of us were shocked by the attendance, and the lecturer couldn't continue his lesson because of that (even though it was supposed to be just introduction, but eh...I was hoping we could get on with the lesson).

So yeah..I guess that's about it. Only two weeks and a lot has happened already. Can't wait what the future might bring us ;). To those who took Matriculations, happy holidays! Enjoy it while it lasts!! XD

PS: Mama Papa xde...blk Kedah :(. Thank God my older siblings are here...over and out... Oh, did I mention my 3-weeks old nephew is 5 kg now? 8D

Start of Part 2!

Next week msk blk kolej... Cam cepat sgt je masa berlalu. Huu... Idk, I think i'm sheety scared of this sem coz:

1. I won't be the same house as my previous housemates anymore..juz when I'm starting to get to know them TT_TT. And just when I'm starting to get used to Blok A, the girls have to be moved to Blok B...and I heard it's a damn old building compared to the first..

2. I'll be in the same house with most of my classmates...but I don't know if we're gonna be in the same wavelength. Other girls from different classes will be our housemates as well, and I don't know much...

3. Our beloved class CSD12D (or in short, class D) is no more...we're gonna go to separate classes from now on. Though as far as I know, most of my classmates (including myself) have registered into class A. Then again, we don't know how the original residents of Class A are like...

4. I don't know how our subjects are going to be... It usually gets tougher from one semester to another. Let's do our best *fingers cross*

5. Lecturers... I seriously gonna miss our previous lecturers, especially Pn. Huzaimah TT_TT

6. Scholarship...GAH!!! I haven't even finish half of the essay!!! >__<

Over and out....

Tae Yang - Wedding Dress (translation)

Some say it's not over ‘till it’s over
Guess this is really over now
There's something I gotta say before I let you go
Listen

I would argue
Then you would cry
As you’re struggling, I would only get stronger
My heartaches behind these shadows
My face brightens up as I see your smile
I worry that you might notice my feelings
And I get scared that the gap between us would widen
I hold my breath
Then I bite my lips
Then I pray that she would leave his side.

Baby, please don’t hold those hands
Cuz you should be my lady
Please look at me, I’ve been waiting all this time.

Once the music ends, you’ll be with him forever
I prayed and prayed that this day wouldn’t come
The wedding dress you once wore
The wedding dress you once wore
It's not me (next to you)
The wedding dress you once wore

You, who never understood my feelings
Because of that, I ended up despising you
Then I wished a misfortune upon you
But now, my eyes are dry
I try to talk to you but I realized that I’m alone
Every night, I would look back and think
If I already knew the results
Then I close my eyes
Then I dream an endless dream
Then I pray she would leave his side.

Baby, please don’t hold those hands
Cuz you should be my lady
Please look at me, I’ve been waiting all this time.

Once the music ends, you’ll be with him forever
I prayed and prayed that this day wouldn’t come
The wedding dress you once wore
The wedding dress you once wore
It's not me (next to you)
The wedding dress you once wore

By all means, be happy with him
So I can move on
Please erase me out of your heart
Although I tried my best but, no oh~

I’ve been living the lies for too long
Yet, she would look at me and smile.

PS: Honestly, i really don't know which translation is the right one, so I kinda mixed it up... But you get the big picture.

PSS: WAAAHH!!!! This is song is even SADDER!!! TTT_TTT

...I think I'm in the R&B touchy-feely mode. Maybe it's coz I miss my housemates and classmates so much.. Love you guys. Thank u for the great memories...

gotta move on already...

Well...as you all can see, I've deleted my previous post. When I read it again, I feel like my heart is breaking again, and somewhat stupid. So deleting it is the only way to ease my mind... And it did. I need to move on and get myself back into shape. (gambatte, michiyo!! er, or should it be sayuri? :S )

Meh, anyways, it seems that I'm really outdated with the k-pop world. So when I look into allkpop.com...I was shocked to see that there are more boy bands and girl bands debuting ==__==||. I knew Rain was gonna release his first boy band, MBLAQ (perhaps the hottest boyband I've ever seen *drool*), but I never thought that there'll be THAT many groups debuting, ie BEAST, SECRET, f(x), etc.

Jeez, people, enough is enough. I already have problems in keeping up with my current fav artists and I definitely don't need additional ones..

...I should be concentrating on my assignment and studies ---_____---||. Well, over and out!

huu~ new inspiration! X3

Previously, my inspiration was 2NE1. Now, it's Karina Pasian. I only started recognize her when Park Bom mentioned about her in YG TV, and dang she's talented...and she's my age! O_o

Eh..anyways, one of her songs has really something to do with me.."Baby, Baby". You might think it's some kind of a love song, but it's not. It's about dissing some pathetic guy who doesn't realize a girl's worth. Check the lyrics... (all my FB friends should have read this on my wall :P)

[Chorus]
I ain't her and she ain't me
Why give my love if you can't see that
I ain't giving you whatever you want boy
I ain't another toy in your toy box
(My momma said)
This my love and love ain't free
It's your momma's fault that you can't receive that
It's all good just pick up your face boy
It's all good pick up your face boy

So, as I mentioned in FB, I'll just try to ignore (~~) No matter how much my heart screams, my brain will always dominate what I'm doing. And music like this helps me to keep my feet on earth. So, cheers to the totally single people! ;)

the most stressful week ever...

So, as I mentioned in one of my entries, I had no choice but to take Public Speaking (Malay) as my co-curriculum. I don't hate my instructor. In fact, I respect her... But I'd rather go marching in the middle of the field with the sun right above my head than doing all these assignments she has given us --___--||

Why? Because I'm lazy - 'nuff said. And it's freaking hard to find sources/info about the topic we're supposed to present, which is about Dr. Fazley as a public speaker. Every time we Google his name, gossips about him pops up instead of useful info like his products or his speeches. This is a group work...and I have yet to finish my individual work, which is about commenting a film. Okay, I'll ciao first. Ja ne~~

activities for this weekend..

Yay~ Another holiday this monday X3. Let's see..on Saturday night we're breaking fast at Auntie Mas' house with the whole family tree, and we're gonna make kuih raya this Sunday~ I'm guessing Quaker oats and Famous Amos' chocolate chips are gonna be in the list (nak makan kuih raya, datang umah time cuti raya nnti :P). Not sure about Almond London and pineapple tart..muahaha, i'm so evil talking about kuih raya while everyone else is fasting (fyi, I'm given a vacation by Lord himself XP). Ugh, but i forgot my accounting text book at my college, and i can't find my two cards: Kad Keluar Masuk Pelajar & Kad Aktiviti Kolej --_--|| I'm guessing I have to pay to replace these cards..

wat da hell...?

Oh dear Lord, how long have I not update this blog XDD.

First of all, I would like to thank my friends in college for giving me one of the most memorable birthdays in my life... At midnight, one of my housemates asked me to go out with her to get some water from the dispenser, but I asked, "Ada apa-apa ke??" Coz I was shit scared that they'd throw flour and/or eggs at me. She said no, so I poked my head out of my room first to see what the others are doing, and they were eating some laksa or something. The coast was clear, so I followed her. Then, when we went back into the house, it was dark inside and I saw a few lit candles on a cake, with my housemates singing Happy Birthday song... I seriously wanted to cry, but I like I said, air mata I jual mahal... At that time as well, my class rep wished me as well through sms. Such a sweet guy X3. And not forgetting my classmate Faezah as well.

Then, the next day, my classmates and I were doing our thing before class as usual. All of the sudden, the whole class started to sing Happy Birthday. It was...quite embarrassing, but I was really happy.

Although I didn't get any presents from them, at least they remember my birthday, and they wished me with sincerity...unlike someone --__--||

Talking about him... my feelings for him have decrease. Why? Don't know...maybe it's because of his insensitiveness towards a lady friend that ticks me off.. What I do know is that I still care for him as friend, and sometimes i see him as brother... But lately, we don't send sms-es to each other like we used to. Probably because both of us are always packed with schedules. I'm cool with that of course.

Haha..I feel so stupid back then when I started to get to know him. I thought, "Oh wow, we're already so close in one day. We might become best friends or something." Ya rite... Reality check, I'm not good in talking with guys, and he's always busy yada yada yada. Plus, I never have a best friend..so what makes me think that I can be best friends with an opposite gender, when I never have a best friend with the same gender??? So to hell of daydreaming about our friendships...I got better friends, I got family that rocks my world, and nothing can change that.

What made me decide on the title of this post...is that I have a really weird dream, but I'll only write the conclusion of that dream... His gf told me to stay away from him. Hm...is that a sign? Probably. Heck, I'm not that close with him anymore. So why the bloody hell would I want to stay away from him when I'm already away from him in the first place?

All of this somehow made me realize why I meet this guy who likes me (LIES), but already has a gf, and why I never have a bf in my entire life... I kept asking Him to give me protection after most of my prayers. That made me question - is this the protection that He has given me? If it is, then I'm grateful that He is protecting me from this unknown world called 'couple'. No matter how much my heart screams to have a partner, I just hope He would protect me from this until I've finish my studies, or when the time comes for me to get a husband. This is for my own good. I repeat, THIS IS FOR MY OWN GOOD!!

Oh, I almost forgot. Thanx again to my family who celebrates my birthday last night. We went to
Jake's near...Bangsar or Damansara? Haha, I'm bad at geography :P Ooh! And I got a journal from my sis. And it's neat~~ XD Thanx again to my old friends. I miss you guys TT_TT

First week of my college life (after MMS)

Jeez...now I know how it feels like how frustrating it is on the first week. There were barely any lecturers present! The only classes that are present with the assigned lecturers are Calculus I, Economics and Computer Programming... We don't know our BEL (English) lecturer, ustaz(ah), etc. etc. The first week, especially the FIRST DAY, was practically a waste of time. Hell, I think the whole class are screaming "GIVE US FREAKING ASSIGNMENTS!!!"

At least the lecturers that we've known so far are cool. I was quite surprised though that there are also non-Malay lecturers in UiTM. Our Economics lecturer is Mr. Gan (you can guess which race he's from). What's more surprising is that he's worked in UiTM for 34 years!! Guess that shows that UiTM ain't racist after all. But he's really nice and always make great examples out of the topics we learned (like if a roti canai costs RM0.50, how much would you eat in a month?).

So far our only assignment is Calculus, but it was so little that I finished it right away when I got into the bus, right after class! So yeah, I'm hell bored here. GIVE ME FREAKING ASSIGNMENTS!!!

Oh, and we had Co-Curriculum speech last Saturday and... May I say it again? How SAD our campus life is? They have like 108 co-curriculur activities, but they can only provide us, Kolej Alamanda students, only ONE activity: Perbahasan Awam...aka Public Speaking in MALAY. @_@ I was going to enter English Debate or something since Ezhan advised me so, but they only have that MALAY PUBLIC SPEAKING!!! Ugh...well, it's just Co-Curriculum, so might as well stick to it if I want to get my diploma...

That's the story of my first week people.

*clap clap* Alamanda *clap clap* Alamanda *clap clap* AlaMANda~~~ XD

This might sounds crazy from a girl who has never - i repeat - NEVER lived in a hostel before....

I LOVE COLLEGE LIFE!! 8D I don't know why, but...but...i just enjoy it! I have great roommates, the place is nice (it's an apartment converted to college actually) and - well - good exercising (especially when the freaking lift is almost overloaded by those oh-so-smart asses!! Nanti kene stuck padan muka...). And - yeah, well, the guys are kinda good-looking ^_^|| (hey, I'm a girl. 'Nuff said) And ZOH MY FREAKING DARLING GOD, one of the seniors is - is - *sigh* (started to daydream)

...Er..anyway, when I checked online at uitm website on the day before the registration day, they changed the venue of registration from the main campus to Kolej Alamanda in KL...yes, KL, at Jalan Klang Lama. Imagine a campus life with no field to play soccer, no court to play badminton etc. etc...only to see traffic jams on the road and clothes hung by students being flown away...yes, a sad campus life indeed. So here's a brief pic of the college (courtesy of vandyke from panoramio.com).

If you notice, the college has two blocks. Block B is entirely dominated by girls, whereas Block A has girls on the upper floors and boys on the lower floors (yes, I'm in Block A, and I'm SHIT scared, damnit!!)

BUT, many staffs, even the PM (aka Penolong Mahasiswa, the seniors) said that the colleges is the most luxurious one out of all other colleges in Malaysia, and I can't agree more. I bet u guys will start cursing me or something but...JENG JENG JENG~~~ Each room has its own bathroom!! XD Oh, oh, and instead of having a dorm or wing, we have a house...u know, the normal apartment house and all. And each house has three rooms - Room A is for 6 people, Room B for 4, and Room C for 2. And in the 'living room', we have our study tables! That's also where we would iron our clothes, plus a 'powder room'. So yeah, it's quite luxurious for a government college if you ask me..

In this college students are from three faculties - Faculty of Health Science, Faculty of Business of Management (Business Studies & Banking), and Faculty of Computer Sciences and Mathematics (Actuarial Science). I'll let you guess which faculty has the most students....

For BM students (Business), their classes are in the same building (both Blocks are connected from the basements to Level 3), so they're stuck in that building for the rest of their campus life (just kidding). For HS (Health Science), they go to the Jalan Othman campus, where the labs are. And for us, CS (u guess it), we got Beringin campus or something...

The HS students were supposed to be the only students staying in Kolej Alamand
a, but since there were so many people wanting the BM and CS courses, the management had no choice but to stuff us into the college as well. We're the first batch of our faculties to be there, so yeah...we don't really have guidance. Even our seniors who'd be staying with us were also blank about the surroundings. Anyways, us HS and CS students have to take our respective buses to our respective buildings, and the bus will wait for us about 6+ in the morning....even though our lecture starts 8.30am the earliest ==__==||.

PHOTOS TIME!! These are my roommates~~

Sha
(She usually doesn't wear tudung, but she just looks cute in this pic! X3 Oh, and she's also the craziest one, which just lifts up the atmosphere in the room XD)

Syakira
(She's a really great friend and...probably the most alim one in the room(?). 2nd craziest XD)

I don't have the picture of my other roommate, so I'll upload it here some other time ^_^ All of my roommates are really cool (and crazy, which just makes it even better since I'm quiet :P), and we're surprisingly quite co-operative.

And NEXT is our most loveable and sporting PMs:

...Meh, not so clear, but everyone was gathering at the front to take pics of them. So I had no choice but to depend on my height....

Abg Shafie
(The cute PM!! Even though he didn't win the Cutest PM Award :P)

Izzah (our new friend) with
Abg Thoha (he's not a PM actually, but he's the Vice YDP of the Student Council, so it's really an honor to have him with us
^_^)

I actually took a picture with Abg Thoha, but I looked really ugly --_--|| Oh, and I only have a solo pic of Abg Shafie. I'll bluetooth more pics from my friend's handphone.

Dang, both him and Abg Shafie were like celebrities that night! Most of the girls want to take pictures with them - even asking their numbers! (ok well, I'm one of them, but I only asked for his email!) Thank God there were only few of us remaining (the majorities went back home).

There'll be about 2 of them staying with us as well, but the majority are all from the main campus :( I'm gonna miss them. Hopefully we could meet again (but I don't know what to say to them other than 'Assalamualaikum, Kak/Abg'). Thank you for the sweet memories you guys have given me. I really appreciate all of your hard work...

So, that concludes my 51st entry... DANG, I've gone over 50 already?!?! O_O Woohoo!! Uh, ya, anyway, hopefully I can update my blog often so that I won't forget what I'm going through. Peace out!!

To answer your question..

..Okay, so I read one of my friend's blogs about the tudung question she asked me last year... Even though it's SO last year, I'm still gonna write a reply to that entry.

When I read back the answers I gave you, I guess I realized how immature I was at that time. Truthfully, when I meant by 'It depends' at that time, means that I would wear tudung when I hang out with friends (aka you guys), but I won't when I'm with my family (yes, I know, it's STILL doesn't makes sense). But we haven't hang out since, so you really don't know what changes I have made since after SPM.

I've worn tudung since the beginning of the year..I don't know how, but I've become more serious and worn tudung everytime I go out (...ok, maybe only twice, but i've learned my mistakes --_--||). But as I grew accustomed to wearing tudung, I then realized what made me not wearing tudung before - my family. Okay, my dad is an exception, since he's been growing up in a religiously strict environment, and Ezhan supported me as well, even asking me, "You x nak try pakai selendang ke??" But my other siblings...GUH! I don't know what the heck their problems are...especially my eldest bro. He kept saying "Buka je la tudung. Don't be like kakak la." Even my other family members were like, "OMG, are you trying to be like your sister?" (FYI, she was like an 'ustazah' when she was in MRSM, but when she graduated from 'U', she's a total different person). And Eli and Mama were like, "Ala...buka je la! Siapa nak ngorat ko??"

...U have no idea how hurtful I've been receiving those kinds of responses/comments, just because I've started wearing tudung, a Hijjab, that's a part of the Holy Islamic rule. It's true that I'm not 100% nice, innocent and oh-so-religious like other people, but is it wrong for me to decide what I wanna wear?? Do you have any idea that I've been trying to wear tudung since a long time ago, but then these - THESE obstacles were in my way.

You probably won't understand why it takes me a long time to finally wear tudung, when you just have to put it over your head; or why I'm so hurtful by listening to those comments when I should just be ignorant and do my own thing...because your family's not like that at all. I was easily influenced by my siblings, taking up the latest styles, buying expensive facial washes, going to Coffee Bean, and the list goes on... No, you probably won't understand, since you don't have a sibling who's only had 5 or 6 years of education in Malaysia; or a sibling who thought that some of them veiled women are just covering up the devil side of them, so might as well just expose yourself just to be 'true' to yourself.

Just to be precise with the answer to your question again about whether I'm gonna wear tudung at U - YES, I'm going to wear it, and NO, I'm NOT going back to those days. Even though I'm going to UiTM's Shah Alam campus, the so-called 'world social class' campus - I won't change my ways. And just to be precise with you again, I still love my siblings and family, even though they threw negative comments at me - with or without realizing it. I hope that answers your questions and such. Hopefully we can chat again soon - or maybe later, since I'll be entering college life this 27th --_--||

Friendship...I wonder

Yay! I have my own laptop! :D Um, okay, this is SO off topic, but just wanna inform you. Heck, it was my bro's old laptop anyways, and he bought it second-hand XP. Anyways, back to the topic.

IDIOT'S GUIDE TO Friendship for Teens is right next to me. Why the heck was it next to me in the first place? Because I've been reading since yesterday - especially when I read a blog that's been waging a war with another. I even remember there was a fight between two of my closest friends (but they're back together, which makes me wonder even more --_--||), hence the book itself was lying on my desk...maybe my sis was reading it before, but meh...

So all these about having best friends really bugs me. I'll tell you my own experience - I never have a best friend. No, seriously, I don't. Even in the book, there can only be ONE best friend for each of us, but who the heck is my best friend?? I mean, if I'm talking about one of my friends, each of them already has their own best friend, which makes me go back to square one. Yet among the best friends that I know of, they always have conflict with each other. It can be from the smallest things to the biggest. I guess the reason why I never have a best friend in the first place was I'm scared of being back-stabbed. Never in my life will I see some backstabbing among my friends, but it happened slowly. One of them is because of misunderstanding, where this person thinks she's helping her friend, whereas the other thinks her friend is too much. (Yes, you know who you are. I'm just glad you guys are over it. If you're not, I swear I'll slap both of you in the faces).

Another, is because I moved houses/schools too much, especially when I was in primary. The maximum number of years I'd be in a primary school is just two - TWO years!! What do you expect of me trying to understand the word 'BEST FRIEND'?! Okay, fine, people said that you'll find your best friend when you've become a teen - but I see none. I mean, I thought I've found one in Form One, but then we moved classes. Then I thought I've found one in Form Two, but then in recess time we secluded ourselves a bit to our respective groups. And when that person moved out of school in Form Four, I found myself quiet, silent, and lonely. I realized that I need a chatterbox friend to help me gear up for my day. But even now, I haven't contact her yet, because I don't know what I should say to her. It's really frustrating...

Okay, the reason why I started this entry in the first place was - how the heck am I gonna make friends in college?! Sure, there are some guides in that book, but I don't even know if I can seriously follow or understand what I'm supposed to do when I'm there, especially when none of my friends are in the same university/campus with me @_@. (Ugh, Eli's so lucky to have her BFF with her) Another thing, I heard that the people there are like...how do you describe it...'world socialites'?? I mean, I'm used to people that are like very soleh/solehah type of people, or just some average people who know their limits. But these people who bleached their hair and pierced their ear more than one?? I don't know ==__==|| I guess I'm just gonna get used to it...

SO, the moral of the story is...ah, wat da hell. I'll just close this up. END OF STORY.
